We’ve all heard of the classic 3-second rule often used when deciding whether the food dropped on the floor is safe to eat (… this is often questionable, let’s be honest). But those golden 3 seconds can be applied to more than just cleanliness. It’s actually the perfect way to ensure you are getting the most out of your moisturiser!
The idea is simple: within 3 seconds after cleansing, whilst your face is still wet, quickly apply your moisturiser to the whole of your face. This method elevates your skins absorption of moisture, allowing your skin to become more hydrated! If you can resist the temptation to grab your towel and dry your face that is – practice makes perfect to get out of that habit!
Remember, Hydration is Key!

    I heard what you need to say! You raise a great point and I’ve pondered exactly the same thing. I think remarks are certainly heard in any event, when it is a bustling discussion.
